Welcome to our Newcastle clinic by the sea. We are pleased to offer dog grooming in addition to our traditional veterinary services.

Our Newcastle Clinic, we are open 9-5 Monday to Friday and on Thursdays we offer an all day Nurse Clinic. Both clinics operate by appointment only

Our main vet in Newcastle is Cahir King and many of our clients will know Megan Rogan and Shauna Duggan who are the Recpetionists and Animal Nursing Assitants at the clinic.

I bring my two dogs to the Newcastle office and they are always very well looked after. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Cahir is one of the best veterinary and person I've met.

Excellent service and value for money. Excellent friendly professional staff who genuinely love animals.

You will be working in a dedicated and independent practice at Downe Veterinary Clinic in Newcastle, located about 24 miles from Belfast. You will work alongside a friendly and competent team of veterinary surgeons and nurses. Hours are negotiable – you can work full time or part time. You will be offered a competitive salary as well as time off. CPD encouraged and funded.
